sweet tooth: brownie cookie cups

Prepare yourself for a super easy, super tasty dessert. I’m also trying to move one of my pins to my new “accomplished” board and I decided to tackle this dessert as I was strolling through the aisles of the grocery store.

These Brownie Cookie Cups require very few ingredients:

1. 1 box brownie mix (enough for a 9×13 pan) + ingredients required on box
2. 1 package of pre-portioned chocolate chip cookie dough
3. Fillings. (I chose Hershey’s chocolate, Oreos, Reese’s cups)

The link to the original recipe is below, but I’ll do a quick recap.

Spray two cupcake pans with non-stick spray. Prepare brownie mix. Smoosh one square of premade cookie dough into the bottom of each cupcake space. Place filling on top of dough. Top with brownie mix. Bake at 350F for about 16-18 minutes. Done!

The best part is they are very customizable! Change up the cookie dough, change up the fillings! Go crazy. They are so delicious!
